All of our training is undertaken outdoors, we firmly believe that training outside is better! It is proven to boost your calorie output when training, is good for mental wellbeing and is more engaging than exercising indoors.Your Personal Training sessions can be arranged around your requirements and we can facilitate your sessions at a venue of your choice or at one of our Military Fitness Venues.

Our Personal Trainers use inspiring methods, tools and equipment which keeps your mind active and your body adapting. Through our experience we will guide, support and help you achieve your and surpass your goals!

Using a variety of equipment and the creativity of our Military Fitness Instructors, our sessions will go quickly. We will build your weaknesses into strengths focusing on developing your total body balance. Our motivation and guidance will inspire you to progress as you learn perfect exercise technique and many new exercises on your health and fitness journey.

Nutrition

Nutrition

Food is at the hub of any good training plan. We will advise you on what to eat, when to eat and how to incorporate balance into your nutrition plan. Eating should be enjoyable, not a guilty chore. We don’t advocate anything other that real food, supplements can be a handy convenience to reinforce a balanced eating plan, but never should this be the main focus!
