Our Bootcamp Teams
Our Boot Camp in Preston’s stunning Avenham Park is for all abilities and take place in the inspiring settings. Whether you’re looking to change your body shape or consider yourself an athlete, we can offer you something different and lead you to fitness outdoors! Our sessions are Fun and we have 3 fitness teams within one where we adapt exercise intensity and difficulty to suit all abilities. You’re in safe hands… All of our Instructors are Military Trained and have vast fitness experience, we will ensure that you learn to exercise the right way. Our Bootcamp fitness training methods ensure that your body is always guessing and your mind stimulated by our creative Instructor team. All abilities are guided at Ozone as at our sessions we introduce alternatives and vary intensity, repetitions, rest and time to ensure that you receive a progressive and perfectly balanced workout that’s right for you.

Our Sessions
Our Outdoor fitness classes are a balance of Military Fitness training methods proven to build a better body, engage the mind and improve cardio fitness. If you are looking for a challenging, motivating yet achievable alternative to the gym, we can help you become your best!
Our sessions are all about working together to achieve mutual goals, whilst encouraging and supporting each other along the way.
Using the bib system we will ensure that you receive a workout right for you, whether looking to lose weight or push your body to another level our skilled Instructors adapt exercises, repetitions, sets and time to get the best out of you in quality and effort.
Military Fitness
Military Fitness
Military Fitness uses bodyweight resistance, cardio activities and the lumps and bumps of our stunning venues to engage body and mind. Each session is unique due to our Instructors who deliver creative and extremely effective classes every time! Sometimes you’ll have a tyre or a sandbag to share with a friend to keep your body guessing…we like surprise and it’s better for you than sharing a bag of crisps!
Each class begins with a dynamic mobility and stretch, following are a series of Mini activities/circuits concluding with more flexibility work and a pat on the back for your efforts! Round this off with a little banter and fun and we think you have the perfect way to spend 1 hour of your time.
PowerZone
PowerZone
Power Zone is a Military Style Circuit with kit which focuses on building muscle strength and speed using light to medium resistance. We focus you on moving your body and resistance with correct technique whilst improving your flexibility and mobility.
This class is for all abilities and is a great complimenting addition to our Military Style Fitness classes.
PowerZone includes the use of kit such as Sandbags, Tyres, Logs, SqyresTM, Tractor tyres and various random objects in true Military style.
Each session is 1hr long which includes mobility and stretching and is designed for all fitness abilities.
Obstacle Fit
Obstacle Fit
Obstacle Fit involves building strength stamina and technique for Obstacle course races. All abilities are challenged with different exercise station options and run distances.
In the Military Obstacle courses are an important part of a soldier’s skill set, being able to climb, crawl, lift and run….so you will be in safe and knowledgeable hands with our ex Royal Marine Commando and Army Instructors.

I Started @ Ozonefit in April not really doing much exercise. I feel a huge improvement in my physical ability and I can actually run now. As for the girls/guys @ Ozonefit…what a bunch of fabulous people all so welcoming. Being a bigger girl i’m always concsious of others opinions but there’s none of that. Everyone works their own ability and the instructors are fab….no session is the same! Technique is the focus which is important I really love going never thought I would survive.Thanks everyone for changing my life for the better. Amiee.

Here you will build exercise technique, however you will still be challenged to work hard. This may be at a slower pace and with more rest depending on your starting point!
Green Group - Intermediate
Green Group – Intermediate
Green Bibs look to have their good all round base fitness pushed and developed with an eye on pushing to the next level. More difficult exercise complexity and intensity is encouraged whilst focusing on improving any weaker spots within your armoury!
Blue Group - Advanced
Blue Group – Advanced
With high levels of strength and endurance and an ability to withstand the rigours of intense physical demand, our Instructors will expect Blue Bibs to go the extra…and happily deliver!
