In joining Ozonefit our members agree to support and abide by the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions
- After joining, you must remain as an Ozonefit Member for a minimum of 3 full calendar months (therefore fulfilling a 3 month contract) E.g. If you join on January 19th, the earliest date that you can terminate membership is April 30th. (Please note that cancellations must be requested 5 days or more before the end of the month). Cancellations will not be accepted in the last 5 days of any month.
- Please note – that if the 3 month agreement is broken, you will still be charged for the remaining amount.
- Direct Debits are usually taken on the first working day of each month (your first month’s payment will include a pro-rata amount for the remaining period of the month in which you join).
- Membership is then continuous, until you otherwise inform the office 07983 507121 of your intention to cancel completely, or you suspend your membership for a period.
- Members can carry over missed sessions as an addition to their existing classes. However, payments must continue and you cannot intermittently stop and start your Direct Debit in conjunction with this.
- You may suspend your Direct Debit in the occurrence of a period of absence of 1 month or more
- If you decide to cancel of suspend your membership, please email us at outdoors@ozonefit.co.uk or call 07983507121 at least 5 days before the month’s end.
- There is no refund of payment. It is your responsibility to cancel within the conditions set. However in the result of certain circumstances membership may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of Ozonefit.
