Our Outdoor fitness classes are a balance of Military Fitness training methods proven to build a better body, engage the mind and improve cardio fitness. If you are looking for a challenging, motivating yet achievable alternative to the gym, we can help you become your best!
Our sessions are all about working together to achieve mutual goals, whilst encouraging and supporting each other along the way.
Using the bib system we will ensure that you receive a workout right for you, whether looking to lose weight or push your body to another level our skilled Instructors adapt exercises, repetitions, sets and time to get the best out of you in quality and effort.
Military Fitness uses bodyweight resistance, cardio activities and the lumps and bumps of our stunning venues to engage body and mind. Each session is unique due to our Instructors who deliver creative and extremely effective classes every time! Sometimes you’ll have a tyre or a sandbag to share with a friend to keep your body guessing…we like surprise and it’s better for you than sharing a bag of crisps!
Each class begins with a dynamic mobility and stretch, following are a series of Mini activities/circuits concluding with more flexibility work and a pat on the back for your efforts! Round this off with a little banter and fun and we think you have the perfect way to spend 1 hour of your time.
Power Zone is a Military Style Circuit with kit which focuses on building muscle strength and speed using light to medium resistance. We focus you on moving your body and resistance with correct technique whilst improving your flexibility and mobility.
This class is for all abilities and is a great complimenting addition to our Military Style Fitness classes.
PowerZone includes the use of kit such as Sandbags, Tyres, Logs, SqyresTM, Tractor tyres and various random objects in true Military style.
Each session is 1hr long which includes mobility and stretching and is designed for all fitness abilities.
Obstacle Fit involves building strength stamina and technique for Obstacle course races. All abilities are challenged with different exercise station options and run distances.
In the Military Obstacle courses are an important part of a soldier’s skill set, being able to climb, crawl, lift and run….so you will be in safe and knowledgeable hands with our ex Royal Marine Commando and Army Instructors.
