Military Fitness
Outdoor fitness at Ozonefit
Our Military Fitness sessions are all about working together to improve your health and fitness. This all takes place in our stimulating and stress busting outdoor environments with our friendly and highly professional Instructors.
Every session is different and offers you a full body workout each and every time. We achieve this total workout with body-weight exercises and by interacting with the natural landscape (lumps and bumps) of our parks. However, our main resource is the creativity of our highly qualified instructors who plan and deliver motivating sessions 52 weeks per year! Our instructors genuinely care about your progression and are always on hand to give expert tips and advice encouraging your fitness development!
What can I expect?
Outdoor Fitness fused with a Military style edge! We jog, walk, run, crawl and jump our way around a session, working together in pairs and teams whilst interacting with your Instructor who will motivate and encourage you throughout! The reward will be a fitter you, new found friends, experiences that you will remember and a camaraderie that is rare. Our Instructors know the value of working as a team and we will install a positive thought in your every step towards your fitness goals.
Urban fitness isn’t just for fit people!
Our sessions last for up to one hour and are expertly pitched to suit all health and fitness abilities whether you are:
- new to exercise
- looking for weight loss
- already fit and require pushing to another level!
If you are new to exercise and are apprehensive about your 1st session, don’t worry as our instructors are supportive, friendly and will help you settle in, gently building your confidence and health and fitness progressively
There are 3 different level fitness teams which offer flexibility for everyone.
Ozonefit create fun and challenging fitness sessions for all! We arrange Ozoners into Three ability groups - Red for beginners, Green for intermediates and Blue for advanced participants. This helps our Instructors deliver the most appropriate exercises and workout for your fitness level!
Red
For people who are new to exercise or are returning to exercise after a break (i.e. Post natal, requiring weight loss, injury, illness). We will build you up slowly and have you back into exercise in no time!
Green
We pitch these sessions for people who have worked their way up from an red bib or for those joining us who have a good standard of fitness already. Here we focus on developement of your speed, core stability, strength, agility and stamina boosting your fitness to the next level.
Blue
Here we challenge your body to the maximum! We put your body through a balanced exercise regime that will help you maintain and reach your optimal fitness whilst testing your resilience and mental strength. We find your boundries and help you through them!
Whichever team that you join, we will guarantee you the ultimate workout with people of a similar level of fitness. Hard work and fun is what it’s all about and with regular participation and effort you will see and feel results very soon!
