“Fantastic banter which keeps everyone entertained”
When a work colleague told me about a flyer she received through her door advertising an Outdoor fitness session, I thought all my wishes had come true. I had been a regular gym member however hated that I wasn’t outside, motivated or pushing my fitness. The first session was a great insight as to why Ozonefit has become so popular. The trainers are dedicated, educational, extremely motivational and very personable to your fitness levels.
I have been a regular visitor to many gyms but find them extremely monotonous and require a lot of self discipline. Ozonefit provides variation with levels of fitness, variety and fun. The trainers constantly exceed my expectations, when the evenings started to become darker and colder, I was unsure how they could keep the sessions enticing, enjoyable and most of all safe. This is when the fun really started.
What more could you ask for, increasing my fitness levels beyond my expectations in winter….. Playing in snow, rolling around in mud and totally feeling like a true “Lara Croft”.
The whole team have a fantastic banter which motivates and keeps everyone entertained. Everyone has strengths and we push those who need it. My weakness is running up hills and the motivation from everyone even extends to organised runs. A few of us completed the Parbold (muddy) hill race, where I have now found my love for running up hill. If you are like me, enjoy the outdoors, keeping fit but having fun pushing yourself to the extreme whilst with a team of like minded people, you should join Ozonefit, it will be the best thing you have ever done “fitness” wise.

I was recommended ozone fit by a friend who runs marathons! I began exercising with Ozone fit after losing one stone in weight out of the 10 I have to loose.
My first session provided me with enough insight in to this team to enable me to sign up straight away. Being overweight and unfit I had approached with trepidation the prospect of military style exercise, I had all my preconceptions blown out of the water. The instructors recognise everyone’s potential and in a skilled and positive way bring that potential to the fore. The structure of the activities enable everyone to work together to meet your personal goals through team work, you always leave a session with a sense of achievement.
Over the last three months I have continued to grow in confidence and loose a further three stones, so my interim target of five stones is in sight. Ozone fit is not just another exercise class, the people that you exercise with are your team mates you spare each other on and celebrate together when you’ve cracked a challenge you never dreamed you’d be able to crack!
If you’re reading this and thinking I’m too big or too unfit then you’re wrong. You will be given safe and expert instruction by people that actually care about your goals and want you to succeed.
And one last thing amongst all the hard work and challenges, we laugh a lot!

“The best decision I ever made”
Before we moved 180 miles to the North West I had been a member of a gym in Luton for years and was getting bored of not feeling any fitter and being stuck in an exercise rut. However, I discovered Ozonefit when quite by accident someone at work brought in a local newsletter and I thought I would give them a try. This was in June 2009 when the sun was shining and it seemed a great idea to exercise in the park.
After the first session I thought I would need a week to recover! However, 9 months on, through rain, snow, sleet, fog and more mud than I have ever seen I am still a loyal follower! This was the best decision I ever made with regard to exercise, it is tough but fun, you can get very wet and dirty but the sense of camaraderie, motivation and achievement amongst the recruits when we have completed a particularly ‘gruesome’ climb or exercise is second to none, the instructors guide you every inch of the way and their encouragement, enthusiasm and sense of humour is second to none.
I would not hesistate to recommend Ozonefit.

“No two sessions are the same”
Browsing through Fulwood Focus I noticed an advertisement for Ozonefit. Not for one moment did I expect this interesting article to have a life changing effect on me. I cannot recall the last time I took part in any serious exercise but it had me intrigued, so I turned up. Nine months on and I am totally committed to three sessions a week. From the very first evening I felt inclusion in a colourful group of people from every walk of life.My choice of venue is Avenham Park which is a splendid place to undertake all of our activities. In hindsight this is just what Preston has needed and is long overdue with regard to an alternative way of keeping fit, and for me now the best and only way.
Ozonefit accommodates all levels of fitness and is expertly overseen by a select number of trainers which for me, makes it all the more interesting (and at times painful). No two sessions are the same and are always well thought out and expertly executed. The instructors are with you every inch of the way, recognising your strengths and building on your weaknesses. It is very difficult to describe and understand how being pushed towards my limits can be so damn good. It’s nine months since I became an Ozonian and it is by far the best life style change I have ever made and in the short time since joining my fitness and motivation levels have gone from strength to strength. I am very proud of my involvement in a 10k run and the Parbold Hill cross country race and this has given me a real sense of achievement.
The instructors are expert in their knowledge, methods of training and deliver a very personal touch. Over the months they have gone above and beyond the call of duty, not only do they take care of our physical and mental needs in regards to our training but have been responsible for some excellent activity weekends and one or two wicked hangovers after jaunts in Preston Town Centre of a weekend. I have made some wonderful friends and we all lookout for each other, I especially enjoy the camaraderie aspect within the group and the banter.
With Ozone what you get out of it is what you put into it. It is most definitely a way of life and I feel so much healthier now. No amount of gym could replace the people, elements, fun and what’s more it is flexible and a fraction of the price of a gym.

“I have never laughed so much whilst exercising so hard!”
Jogging, swimming, the gym, and cycling I have tried them all. It’s always the same story, I become really bored, give up and the weight piles back on. My fitness and weight had become a problem and I was looking for a new challenge that would kick start my fitness, help me manage my weight but was fun enough to keep me motivated. Well I have found what I was looking for and it’s called ‘Ozonefit’!
The instructors are friendly and most importantly they get to know you by name and what you’re capable of. This all really helps you get the best results infact I think this is one of the key reasons why Ozonefit actually works. I have never worked so hard physically in all my life, but I have also never laughed so much either whilst exercising so hard! I joined Ozonefit 2 months ago and I can say that this has been the best fitness decision I have ever made. Even in that time I have made friends, lost weight and feel so much better in myself.
